Installed quicker than a traditional mud pan, SAI Watertight Shower Pans come pre-sloped and are easily cut down to fit your bathroom size. Choose from stock sizes or order your own custom size and shape.

SQUARE AND LINEAR DRAINS

WATERTIGHT WALL BOARDS: THE BEST ALTERNATIVE TO CEMENT BOARD
Standard cement board is heavy, awkward to transport and cut, and requires additional waterproofing. Surface Art Watertight Wall Boards are 75% lighter per square foot, yet strong and vapor-resistant. They’re perfect for building your shower system, waterproofing your bathroom walls, or building custom shower details.
Rigid Yet Lightweight
SAI Wateright Boards are made from a strong, lightweight panel of A) XPS foam encased in layers of B) polymeric cement mortar and C) alkali-resistent glass fiber mesh for optimal tile adhesion.
Watertight Wall Board
Available in multiple sizes and thicknesses for all your design or waterproofing needs: 32 x 48 in 1/8”, 1/4”, 1/2” and 5/8” thicknesses, or 48 x 60 in 1/2” thickness
2” Structural Board
Constructed from the same lightweight, highly rigid materials, 2” Structural Board is perfect for shower features that require additional strength, like shower benches and pony walls. Available in 24 x 48.
WATERTIGHT SEALING
Sealing your shower is essential; be certain to use our sealing products to ensure a lifetime watertight warranty.
Watertight Sealing Kit
This kit include pre-made inside and outside corners, mixing valve seal and pipe collar. The pipe collar is designed with a hard-plastic ring that will ensure no water leakage.
Watertight Tape
Designed to keep corners and seams watertight. SAI Watertight Tape is available in rolls: 4.72” x 32.81’ or 4.72” x 98.43’
Bostik Polyurethane Sealant
Use Bostik 915 FS Hurricane Strong Polyurethane to cover all exposed edges, seams and screws to comply with the SAI Watertight Warranty.

Store your favorite shower products. Shower niches are pre-built with our watertight wall board and simple to install. Available in 3 sizes: 12” x 14”, 12” x 20”, 12” x 26”
Pre-Made Shower Curb
There is no need to build your own curb- simply cut to length and fit in place. Curbs are made from the same material as our watertight wall board. 3” wide by 4.5” tall and available in three lengths: 30”, 48”, 60”
Watertight Membrane
Protect against mildew and water damage, or cover a steam shower wall. Install using thin set mortar; easily repaired with SAI Watertight Tape. Available in rolls: 3.28’ x 32.81’ or 3.28’ x 98.42’
