HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM PAN

STEP 1: Measure the dimensions of your shower, and email the form for a quote to:custompans@surfaceartinc.com

When submitting a mock-up drawing: include all measurements, drain location, and entry point.

STEP 2: The custom pan team will utilize the measurements provided and generate a CAD drawing that depicts the provided dimensions and proper pan slope.

Once approved, submit signed final cad drawing: make sure all fields are filled in and measurements are correct!

STEP 3: Once you have approved the CAD drawing you will add all of the needed accessories and submit your PO!

Once all the steps are complete the custom pan team will input your order and reply with order acknowledgement and an estimated date for production!
