You may also have rights to object to your personal information being used, to ask for the transfer of personal information you have made available to us and to withdraw consent to the use of your personal information. We may request additional information from you in order to verify your identity before accommodating an access request. If we are unable to honor a request, we will explain why.

OPTING OUT OF CONTACT

We may contact you if you have opted in to receive messages from us. If you no longer wish to receive messages, you may opt out of receiving these communications by changing your notification settings in your account or by unsubscribing via the opt-out link included in each e-mail or by otherwise following the instructions in the applicable technology. If you turn off ad tracking or location tracking, we will no longer use information collected from your device’s advertising identifier for the purposes of advertising.

We store your information in the United States. In addition, we may use or process your information in the United States or any other country in which we or our service providers operate. Because we operate with a technical infrastructure that is in the United States, we need to transfer your personal information to the United States for storage and as may be otherwise necessary, consistent with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Our use and storage of your information outside of the country in which you reside may subject your information to laws of other jurisdictions that may be different from the laws of the country in which you reside. CHILDREN’S POLICY

Our website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect nor solicit personal information from children under 13. We will delete any information later determined to be from a user younger than 16.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

Changes will apply to all information that we possess, including your information already in our possession, unless prohibited by law.
